Dear Jim: Just something else to add to your information on Gillham. Back in Nov l984 I answered a query from Interstate Research Group P O Box421227 San Francisco CA 94l42 They wanted the obit for Margaret Gillham who married George Heaton I requested name of the person who they were doing professional research for, but they refused.

At that time I also must have looked up the probate for Ezekiel Gillham at the courthouse AND found that the second wife Nancy (your ancestor thru the Brewer) was contesting her right to dower her vs.Margaret Heaton amd her deceased sister Martha Webb's son James. She received 37 acres of land. I can not give you legal description, but wonder when she disposed of it after year l867
