George W. WALKER, son of Samuel and Rebecca, died at his home in Batavia, Iowa, Sat., May 7, 1927, age 70-1-11.

Born at Old Ashland, Iowa, Mar. 27, 1857; Sept. 1, 1881, married Susan WILSON at Fairfield, Iowa; three children, Allie Myrtle, Anna Bell and George Frederick. Anna died Oct. 25, 1896...

Leaves wife, daughter Mrs. Perry KRAMER of Sigourney, a son Fred of Belknap, sister Mrs. Madge TAVANER of Kansas City, Mo.; 10 grandchildren, two grgrchn. Interment in the New Cemetery. [New Batavia Cemetery]
