Catherine (MASTON) SNOWDEN, born Indiana Nov. 25, 1852, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Laura JONES in Batavia June 14, age 74-6-19.

Married Wm. SNOWDEN in Jan., 1870; three children: Walter dying in infancy, Nelson also preceded his mother in death, and Ira SNOWDEN of Los Angeles, Calif., one sister Mrs. Laura JONES of Batavia, and four brothers, George of Seymour, Iowa; Will of Mountain Grove, Mo., Charles of Frutey, Colo., Edd of Sioux City, Iowa. Christian Ch - Meth. Ch. Home in Eldon, Iowa, past 10 years. Interment, Batavia Cemetery.
