Carl F. PICKEREL, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry PICKEREL, born near Batavia, Iowa, July 19, 1894, died at his home in Batavia Feb. 7, 1919, age 24-6-18. Grad. BHS 1917. Interested in athletics and was a leader of basketball teams for several years.

Leaves father, mother, five brothers and one sister: Wm. H. of Birmingham; Edward of Farson; Henry Clyde of Remsen; Logan of Troy; Rollie and Mrs. Martha BECK of Batavia, Iowa; two sisters having preceded him in death years ago... Interment in Batavia Cemetery.
