Mrs. Glen PEEBLER, 61, died at her home in Batavia 12:20 A.M. today after serious illness of five months. Services Sat. 2 PM at Batavia Methodist Church. Burial in Batavia Cemetery. Campbell Funeral Home.

The former Grace GILLIS, born March 20, 1901, at Dallas City, Ill., daughter of George and Mary CLOVER GILLIS; married Glen PEEBLER June 15, 1938. Most of her life was spent in the Batavia area.

Survived by husband and children: Karney BRENT, Ft. Worth, Texas; Carl J. PETERS, Santa Ana, Calif.; Philip PETERS, Oxnard, Calif.; Mrs. Darrel PETERSON, Fairfield, and Larry PEEBLER, Batavia; one stepson George PEEBLER, Batavia, her mother, Mrs. Mary CARTWRIGHT, Burlington, and brothers and sister: Harry GILLIS, Vance GILLIS, and Mrs. Paul SCHAEFER, all of Burlington. Member Batavia Methodist Church. Also leaves 15 grandchildren and one greatgrandson.
