Mrs. Carol Bernice (PARKER) SMITH died at Sunnyslope Sanitarium at Ottumwa Fri. evening aged 26-6-22.

Survived by husband, L. W. SMITH of Greeley, Colo., her parents Mr. and Mrs. Lee PARKER, two sisters, Mrs. I. O. McNAMER of Lansing, Mich., and Mrs. G. C. SMITH of Ottumwa, and three brothers, V. S. PARKER and C. L. PARKER of Batavia, and W. H. PARKER of Lansing, Mich.

Funeral this afternoon from the home of her parents, 510 S. Ward St., Ottumwa, and at Batavia Methodist Church. Burial in Batavia Cemetery.
