BATAVIA. Charles Ross GORMAN, 90, died at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield this morning. Campbell Funeral Chapel in Batavia.

Born Oct. 15, 1881, in Jefferson Co., son of James and Melinda GORMAN and had farmed in the Batavia community for many years. Married Mary ABRAMS, who preceded him in death.

Surviving are two sons, Charles of Batavia and Merrill of Fairfield; a daughter Mrs. Raymond PAGE of Montalvo, Calif., six grandchildren, and several grgrchn; a brother, Glenn of Fairfield and a sister, Mrs. Harold MESSER of Williamsburg, Iowa. Preceded by wife, a son and four brothers.
