ANTHONY L. “TONY” KESSEL, 68, former local resident, died Tues. night at his home near Davenport. Brother of RAYMOND J. KESSEL SR., 508 W. Jackson. Services will be held Sat. at 10:30 a.m. at the Lord of Victory Catholic Church in Davenport. Prayers for a Christian Wake will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Hunge Mortuary in Davenport. KESSEL was born and reared in this county. Other survivors include his wife; one son, JOE KESSEL; one stepdaughter, MRS. MARY ROHN; and brother LEONARD KESSEL, OLLIE.
