Helen Rosalie GEVOCK was born Feb. 28, 1898, near East Pleasant Plain, where she spent her entire life, daughter of Joseph and Lucy ZMYSLONY ROGAL. Married Sept. 14, 1920 at the St. Mary Catholic Church at Polishville. Member St. Joseph Church at East Pleasant Plain and the Rosary Society. Death came Sunday, Oct. 29 at the Washington County hospital. Family home is near Pleasant Plain. Preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and one sister. Survived by one son, Roman, of Brighton; 7 grandchildren: Joseph, William, James, John, Philip, Theresa and David; three brothers, Herman, Leonard and Frank ROGAL; three sisters, (Mary) Mrs. Luther VOYLES, (Margaret) Mrs. V. R. SHELANGOSKI, and (Amelia) Mrs. Walter WINIKATES; and several nieces and nephews.

GEVOCK Funeral To Be Thursday

PLEASANT PLAIN - Last rites will be Thursday at 10 a.m. for Mrs. Joseph GEVOCK, 69, who died Sunday at the Washington County Hospital.

The funeral tomorrow will be held at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain with the Rev. Francis E. Bass officiating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

The Rosary was scheduled to be recited tonight at 8:30 p.m. at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton.

Helen Rosalie GEVOCK was born Feb. 28, 1898, near East Pleasant Plain where she spent her entire life. She was the daughter of Joseph and Lucy ZMYSLONY ROGAL.

She was married Sept. 14, 1920, to Joseph GEVOCK in the St. Mary Catholic Church in Polishville. She was a member of the St. Joseph Church, East Pleasant Plain, and the Rosary Society.

She is survived by one son, Roman, of Brighton; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Herman, Leonard and Frank ROGAL; three sisters, Mrs. Luther VOYLES, Mrs. V. R. SHELANGOSKI and Mrs. Walter WINIKATES; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. GEVOCK was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and one sister. The family home is near Pleasant Plain.
