Mrs. Harry GANTZ, 91, died Mon. at 5:30 p.m. at her home at 50 S. Ninth... will be buried on her 92nd birthday.

Emma Baker MORRIS, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Susan MORROW MORRIS, was born in Jefferson County May 15, 1871. She was the youngest of nine children all who have preceded her in death except one sister, Mrs. Carrie BELL of Mesquite, Tex.

Married, Feb. 7, 1894, Harry C. GANTZ. Five children, all survive. They are Frank M. GANTZ, Mrs. Kathaleen McCULLOUGH and Mrs. Sidney SANDEN, all of Fairfield, Mrs. George FAIRCHILD of Agency and Meredith L. GANTZ of Batavia. Four grandchildren and five grgrchn also survive.

Mr. and Mrs. GANTZ and their five children celebrated the GANTZ' golden wedding anniversary on Feb. 7, 1944. GANTZ preceded her in death Jan. 13, 1956. She was also preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. Lifelong resident of Jefferson County. She was born and reared in the Brookville community and was a member of the Brookville Methodist Church.
