Mrs. J. B. DAILEY, 69, lifetime resident of Jefferson County, died 1:45 p.m. Sun. Dec. 4 at her home, 911 S. 6th. Raymond Funeral Home. Bur. Batavia Cemetery.

Dora WEBB DAILEY, born Oct. 4, 1897, in Jefferson County on a farm near Abingdon, daughter of James Virgil and Daisy STERNER WEBB. Reared and educated in Jefferson County; married at Batavia Mar. 29, 1916, J. Burton DAILEY who died Dec. 13, 1963. Mrs DAILEY had been a resident of Fairfield for the past nine years, moving here from a farm s.e. of Fairfield. Member Christian Church.

Survived by two sons and four daughters: Virgil DAILEY, Granada Hills, Calif.; T-Sgt. John G. DAILEY now serving in the Armed Forces in Germany; Mrs. Beatrice MICHELS, Sylmar, Calif.; Mrs. FRIEDRICKS, Aurora, Ill.; Mrs. Lois METZ, Fairfield; and Mrs. Carolyn ROBERTS, Tujunga, Calif.; 21 grandchildren; 4 grgrchn; two brothers, Lester WEBB, Detroit, Mich., and Russell WEBB, Batavia; and two sisters: Mrs. Iva HIDY, Lake City, Mich., and Mrs. Inez GLOTFELTY, Batavia. Preceded in death by one brother, one daughter, and a granddaughter.
