ELIAS SMITH’S first wife, Elizabeth Busick, died 19 Sept. 1847, and was buried in Cumberland cemetery, Liberty Twp.; he died 27 Aug. 1892 and is buried with second wife in Dickens Cemetery, three miles north of Bladensburg (Wapello County), Iowa.
