Born Oct. 9, 1970, in Ottumwa, son of Rex and Linda BENSON BOOTH. Surviving are parents and one brother, Wade Rex; grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond BOOTH, Batavia; and Mr. and Mrs. Don BENSON, Eldon; great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles BOOTH, Libertyville, and Mrs. Lila PEEBLER, Batavia.
