Born June 28, 1885, in Wayne Co., Ill. Worked for the C.B. & Q. RR since 1904 as agent in Batavia and Agency.... Member Christian Church and Kilwinning Lodge A.F. & A.M. Apr. 17, 1912, married Rena WILSON, former Batavia girl, who survives. Also surviving is one brother, Guy BEST, Fairfield, Ill.; three sisters....
