DEATH OF MRS. SALTS.

Rhoda FISHER, wife of Samuel SALTS, died at her home near Brookville Saturday evening..... Deceased was born in Des Moines Township, this county, March 15th, 1846, removed to Brookville in 1865, and practically all her life has been spent in this county. She was married September 21st, 1871, and was the mother of two children, John R., born May 16th, 1880. and Samuel G., born November 19th, 1882.....The remains were interred in the Gantz cemetery near Brookville Sunday afternoon, and the funeral was largely attended. Rev. R. M. Tracy of Hedrick who had baptized and married Mrs. SALTS, conducted the funeral services.

Note: Samuel remarried Anna P. SHAMP HIBBS HUDGEL, died in 1920 and is buried with Rhoda in Gantz Cemetery. Anna is in Evergreen Cemetery.
