BATAVIA. Mrs. Delle ALVERSON, 87, of Batavia died at the Nelson Nursing Home near Fairfield Mon. at 9 p.m. Campbell Funeral Home.

Born Mar. 15, 1877, at Arispie, Kan., dau. of Mahlon and Elizabeth HUGHELL. She had been a resident of the Batavia community for over 70 years and member Batavia Christian Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, James ALVERSON, and also one brother and one sister. Surviving are four stepdaughters, Myrtle ALVERSON of Springfield, Ill., Mrs. Gertie GLOTFELTY of San Francisco, Calif., Mabel ALVERSON of Des Moines and Mrs. Inez CROCKETT also of Des Moines, and two stepsons, Ralph ALVERSON of Harrisburg, Ill., and Oscar ALVERSON of San Francisco.
