PASSED AWAY THIS MORNING
Mrs. J. H. HUFSTEDLER Died today After Lingering Illness

Mrs. J. H. HUFSTEDLER, a well known resident of Fairfield, passed away at seven-thirty oclock this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. A. WILSON on West Burlington street. Mrs. HUFSTEDLER had been in poor health, and during the last month, had been confined to her bed. She is survived by her husband, and three daughters. They are Mrs. A. P. HOLSON (sic - HOBSON) of Salt Lake City, Mrs. E. A. WILSON and Miss Myrtle HUFSTEDLER of this city.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:30 oclock from the home of the daughter, Mrs. E. A. WILSON, 304 West Burlington street. Interrment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

HUFSTEDLER RITES TOMORROW 2:30 P.M.

The funeral of Mrs. J. H. HUFSTEDLER will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 oclock instead of tomorrow morning at 10:30 oclock as was first announced. The services will be held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. A. WILSON, 304 West Burlington St.

MRS. J. H. HUFSTEDLER

Caroline A. COWLES, wife of J. H. HUFSTEDLER, was born in Richfield, Ohio, came to Iowa with her parents when a young girl, united in marriage to John H., at Moroe, Iowa (sic). Five children were born to them, two of whom preceded their mother in death. The others with their father are Mrs. A. P. HOBSON Salt Lake City, Mrs. E. A. WILSON and Myrtle of this city and one grandchild Kathryn HOBSON.

She was a life long member of the Presbyterian church. Unassuming in her manner, she made many warm friends that testify to her worth, who will sympathize deeply with the family in their affliction.

Rev. H. Sears Thomson of the Presbyterian church conducted the services. Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery.

Old friends and new friends
And best friend ever
But only one earthly love
That time cannot sever.

This is the love
When gone is all other
By which we were blessed
When God gave us "Mother".

COWLES, Caroline A.--Wife of John HUFSTEDLER, was born in Richfield, Ohio, came to Iowa with her parents when a young girl, united in marriage to John HUFSTEDLER at Monroe, Iowa.
