LEONARD HILTON AGE 91 IS DEAD
Funeral Services Tomorrow Morning at 10:30 From Hoskins Funeral Home

Leonard T. HILTON (sic), age 91 years, who lived at his home, 803 West Burlington street, for a number of years, died yesterday morning at 8:35 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Simmons, near Four Corners.

The body was taken to the Hoskins funeral home yesterday, where the last rites will be held tomorrow morning at 10:30 o'clock in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson of the Christian church. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery,.

Mr. HILTON was born Nov. 14, 1838, in Ohio, being at the time of his death 91 years and 3 days old. He came to Iowa in 1874 and to Fairfield in 1906. His wife died in this city April 29, 1918. A daughter, Elizabeth, died at the age of 27 years (sic - 29). He is survived by a niece, Mrs. Frank CALEY, of Ogden, Kans.

LEONARD HILTON RITES YESTERDAY MORNING AT 10:30

The last rites for Leonard T. HILTON, who passed away Sunday morning near Four Corners, were held yesterday morning at 10:30 from the Hoskins funeral home in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson of the Christian church.

Mrs. William Stever and Mrs. A. C. Johnson sang the songs with Miss Reva Patten at the piano. Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery.

LEONARD P. HILTON

Leonard HILTON was born in Cairson, county, Ohio, November 14, 1838, and passed away on Sunday morning, November 17, 1929. At the time of his death he had reached the ripe age of 91 years and 3 days.

On August 14, 1879, he was happily married to Miss Louise TASSAWAY (sic - GASAWAY) and lived in this union till she passed on April 20, 1918 (sic - April 29th, 1918). One daughter, Elizabeth was born to them but she preceded her father in death.

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard came to Iowa in 1874, settling in Adams county. In 1906 they moved to Fairfield and established their home, residing here or near since. During his declining years Mr. HILTON has been lovingly cared for by Mr. and Mrs. Roy Simmons in their home at Four Corners, where he passed away at 8:35 last Sunday morning. But one relative, Mrs. Frank CALEY, a niece of Ogden, Kans., survives him.
