Anna Marie HENRY

Anna Marie HENRY, 61, 707 S. Sixth St., died at 8:40 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, 1995, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Peter G. Drever Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials have been established to Jefferson County Hospice and First Lutheran Church.

Mrs. HENRY was born Sept. 24, 1934, in Fremont, the daughter of Roy and Betty DAVIS BLACK. She attended Parsons College. On March 1, 1985, she married Duane HENRY in Fairfield. She had lived most of her life in Jefferson County, was an assistant librarian for 12 years at Parsons college, then was employed for eight years at All American Pest Control until 1989. She was a member of First Lutheran Church.

Surviving are her husband; four sons, Byron SCHMIDT of Binghampton, N.Y., Rich SCHMIDT of Keosauqua, Brett and Scott SCHMIDT, both of Agency; three step-sons, Kevin HENRY of Fairfield, Mark HENRY of Waco, Texas, David HENRY of Keosauqua; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and a sister, Shirley NELSON of Fairfield. Her mother preceded her in death.
