HEINEMANN Rites To Be Wednesday

Walter HEINEMANN, 77, well known retired factory employe, died last night at 9 p.m. at the Nelson Nursing home west of Fairfield. He had been a patient at the home since March 1.

Before entering the nursing home his home was at 304 S. Sixth. HEINEMANN was employed at the Fairfield Engineering firm for a number of years before his retirement.

Last rites will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home with Mrs. John Lowenberg, reader. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Walter HEINEMANN was born Dec. 13, 1884, in Milwaukee, Wis., the son of Charles Theodore and Kunigunde FOSTER HEINEMANN. He was married to Ella L. SCHWANDT June 22,1910, at Milwaukee. She died Feb. 2, 1950.

He had lived in this community for the past 26 years and was a member of the Christian Science church.

HEINEMANN is survived by a daughter, Ellora HEINEMANN, Fairfield; two sisters, Hattie and Alma HEINEMANN, both of Milwaukee; and a brother, Clarence, also of Milwaukee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four brothers and one sister.

To All Whom It May Concern:

You Are Hereby Notified, That an instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Walter H. HEINEMANN, deceased, dated May 8, 1962 having been this day filed, opened and read, Wednesday the 11th day of July, 1962, is fixed for hearing proof of same at the Court House District Court of said County, or the Clerk of said Court; and at 9:30 o'clock a.m. of the day above mentioned all persons interested are hereby notified and required to appear, and show cause if any they have, why said instrument should not be probated and allowed as and for the last Will and Testament of said deceased.

Notice Is Hereby Given, that the undersigned has been duly appointed and qualified as Executor of the estate of Walter H. HEINEMANN deceased, late of Jefferson County. All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment, and those having claims against the same will present them within legal time, duly authenticated, to the undersigned, for allowance and file in the office of the Clerk of the District court.
