MRS. E. HARRIS PASSED AWAY

Funeral Services For Highly Respected Citizen Will Be Held Tomorrow

Mrs. Elizabeth HARRIS died yesterday afternoon about 3:30 oclock at her home, 503 North C street, after an illness which has extended over two years.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 oclock from the home in charge of Rev. Butler, pastor of the Episcopal church of Burlington. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Elizabeth JONES was born June 14, 1843, in Myrther, Wales. Her husband preceded her in death 20 years ago. Also one daughter, Miss Kathryn, was killed by the train in 1910. The children surviving are T. W. HARRIS of Upland, Calif., Mrs. Harry HEFLIN of Kansas City, Mrs. Will BROWN of this city and Mrs. Bessie HANSEN and Miss Margaret at home who have given their mother the very best of care and attention throughout her sickness.

LAST RITES FOR MRS. HARRIS HELD

Services In Charge of Rev. Butler; Interment At Evergreen Cemetery

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth HARRIS were held yesterday afternoon at 2:30 oclock from the home, 503 North C street in charge of Rev. Butler, pastor of the Episcopal church at Burlington.

Mesdames Frank Pierson and Arthur Greef sang "Lead Kindly Light." The following men served as pall bearers, G. W. Gaumer, Walter HARRIS, Fred NEIBERT, H. W. Moll, Robert Barlett and Ralph Doughty. Interment was made in the Evergreen cemetery.

Notice is hereby given that an instrument, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth HARRIS, Deceased, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson county, and that November 24th, A. D. 1925 at 9 oclock A. M., it being the 20th day of November Term, 1925, of said court, has been set for proof and final hearing of same.

Witness my hand and the seal of said Court this 16th day of November, 1925.
