Lloyd W. HAMILTON, 62, long-time resident of Jefferson County, died at 3:55 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson County Home where he had been a patient for several years.
Last rites will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Williams officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Lloyd E. (sic) HAMILTON was born Oct 29, 1904 (sic - 1906), at Sharpsburg, Iowa, the son of George W. and Mary Alice McINTIRE HAMILTON. He was reared and educated in the Center No. 9 school district north of Fairfield.
He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Methodist Church. He was employed as a road employe by the county and state for a number of years, and also drove a truck for the Fairfield Shipping Association.
HAMILTON is survived by one brother, Howard, Grand Rapids, Minn.; also two sisters, Mrs. Harry COOP and Mrs. Albert MROGENSKI, both of Fairfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
