Beatrice M. HISEL, 80, died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at her home, 807 W. Burlington.

Services are pending at the Behner Funeral Home.

Rites set for Mrs. L. HISEL

Services for Beatrice M. HISEL will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. James Battey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. this evening at the Behner Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Rebekah Lodge 96 or the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. HISEL died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at her home, 807 W. Burlington.

She had made her home in the Fairfield Community for 54 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary, Naomi Club. She had been a member of Rebekah Lodge 96 of which she was a past Nobel Grand.

Beatrice M. HISEL was born July 11, 1902, in De Pere, Wisc. She was the daughter of LeRoy and Anna LADD BOVEE. She was married to Walford GUSTASON in March, 1921. He died Nov. 3, 1953.

Her marriage to Leonard R. HISEL took place Sept. 4, 1960. He died Jan. 25, 1979.

Mrs. HISEL is survived by one son and two daughters: David GUSTASON, Lubbock, Texas; Dorothy BOYCE, Des Moines; and Ethel Mae CHAMP, Ottumwa; and two step daughters, Ruth SPORKMAN and Bettye BROWN both of Fairfield.

Other survivors include 10 grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons, one sister, a brother and one grandchild.

We would like to express our thanks to friends for their cards, letters, calls, food and memorial gifts. We especially appreciate the care given to her by the Jefferson County Hospital personnel and the doctors at the Medical Arts Clinic during recent months.
