Beverly O'BRIEN passed away Friday, May 5, 2023. Behner Funeral Home is helping the family with arrangements.

Beverly Ann O'BRIEN was born January 28, 1937, to Glenn and Kathleen (KERR) JOHNSTON, and died May 5, 2023, at Des Moines, Polk Co., IA. She married Ron O'BRIEN and they had three children, Rebecca BUCH, David (Vicki) and Debbie (Randy) GUSTAFSON. Bev and Ron later divorced. Rebecca and David survive her, as do four grandchildren, Melissa (Tim) BELL, Kris (Stephenie) KIGER, Travis (Christy) O'BRIEN, and Deborah (Billy) O'BRIEN; also seven great-grandchildren; a brother Danny (Gloria) JOHNSTON, a sister-in-law, Loretta JOHNSTON, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Gary, daughter Debbie (and husband Randy), and two great grandchildren.
