GRIFFITH Rites To Be Wednesday

Last rites will be here in Fairfield on Wednesday for Carl GRIFFITH, former resident of Fairfield who died Saturday at Lincoln Neb.

The body will arrive in Fairfield Tuesday afternoon and will be taken to the Raymond Funeral home where last rites will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. J. Roland Crandall in charge. Burial wil be in Evergreen cemetery.

Carl GRIFFITH, 76, was a native of Fairfield, and a retired hotel manager. His wife, the former Ila GREESON, preceded her husband in death on Aug. 12, 1960.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Al HILDE, Lincoln, Neb., and Mrs. Kenneth KLING, Freeport, Ill.; along with five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.

Other survivors include three brothers, Hugh of Saginaw, Mich.; Theron, Cleveland, Ohio, and Lloyd, El Monte, Calif.; also two sisters, Nellie GRIFFITH, Cleveland, and Stella GRIFFITH, Midland, Mich.

A. C. FREDERICK, 202 North B, is a brother-in-law.
