Eileen B. GRAY

Eileen B. GRAY, 75, of Parkview Care Center died at 2:55 a.m. Sunday, March 23, 1997, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Parker officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Noah's Ark Foundation.

Mrs. GRAY was born Dec. 22, 1921, in Fairfield, the daughter of Ralph and Mabel E. SMITH HARPER. She married Walter GRAY. She had lived in the Fairfield community her entire life, working as a seamstress at Universal Producing for 25 years. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary and was a Gold Star Mother in that auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Ronald P. COOK of Donnellson and Bill Lee CARTER of Fairfield; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Weston HARPER of Fairfield; and one sister, Katherine SMITH of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Robert B. HANEY; and a brother, Cloyce HARPER.
