Page 3, Column 1MRS. MARY J. GLAZE DIED THIS MORNING
Mrs. Mary Josephine GLAZE passed away this morning about nine o'clock at the home of her daughter Mrs. E. G. GROVE on North Fourth street. She had been ill since last Friday suffering from indigestion and conjestion (sic) of the liver.
She was about seventy-five years of age and had made her home with her daughter for several years.
No arrangements have been made for the funeral, awaiting the arrival of relatives.

The funeral services for Mrs. Mary GLAZE who passed away yesterday morning, will be held Monday morning at ten o'clock from the Dr. E. G. GROVE residence, on North Fourth street.
The services will be in charge of Rev. H. A. Mosser and Rev. R. Ames Montgomery.

Mrs. Mary GLAZE passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. G. GROVE January 24, at the age of 74 years.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 27, at 10 o'clock at the home on North Fourth street and were in charge of Dr. H. A. Mosser. Music was rendered by Miss Cora Ball and Mrs. H. A. Mosser. The pall bearers were, Charles Walker, Floyd McQuiston, Prof. R. M. McKenzie, Prof. John Winter, E. F. Simmons and John A. Hughlin. Interment was in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Mary Josephine GLAZE was born July 1st, 1844, at Sisterville, W. Va., and died January 24th, 1919, at Fairfield, Ia. She with her parents, moved to a farm near Ashley, Mo., in 1857. On February 5th, 1874, she married Alfred M. GLAZE, an officer in Company 7, Ohio cavalry of the Civil war, who died June 16th, 1880. To this union was born one child, Mrs. Edna Mabel GROVE, of this city, with whom she had made her home the past 20 years. She also leaves to mourn her loss three sisters and one brother, the Misses Katherine A. and Frances C. CORBITT, Mrs. Eva R. SMITH and Joshua R. CORBITT, of Louisiana, Mo., and a grandson, Emil Glaze GROVE, to whom she was devotedly attached. A brother, Robert S. CORBITT, of La Harpe, Ill., and a sister, Mrs. Susan RENNER, of Bowling Green, Mo., preceded her in death four years ago.
At the age of 14 she united with the Presbyterian church and has been a devoted member, finding the most of her social pleasures within the church. The activities of the church coming first, other social duties were secondary. She was a member of the Eastern Star O. E. S, club and the College auxiliary. In her younger years she was a very successful teacher in the public school and Watson Seminary at Ashby, Mo.

Mrs. Mary Josephine GLAZE was born July 1st 1844, at Sisterville, West Virginia, and died January 24, 1919, at Fairfield, Iowa. She with her parents moved to a farm near Ashley, Missouri, in 1857. On February 5, 1874 she married Alfred M. GLAZE, an officer in Company 7, Ohio cavalry, of the Civil War, who died June 16, 1880. To this union was born one child, Mrs. Edna Mabel GROVE of this city, with whom she had made her home the past 20 years. The funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 27th, at 10 o'clock, in charge of Dr. H. A. Mosser and Miss Cora Ball and Mrs. H. A. Mosser sang.
