Page 6, Column 5Illness Fatal To Mrs. Nettie GLASS
Mrs. Nettie R. GLASS, 88, died at 9:45 a.m. today at her home at 203 E. Washington St. She had been seriously ill for a month.
Mrs. GLASS was a lifelong resident of Jefferson county and the last member of a family of 10 children. The body is at the Weston Behner Funeral home where last rites are pending.
Mrs. GLASS was born Dec. 9, 1869 near Abingdon, the daughter of Adelbert and Henrietta ELLER PECK. She was married to D. L. GLASS Dec. 21, 1892. He preceded her in death in 1911.
Msr. GLASS was a member of the First Methodist church and the Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by the following children: Clarence L. GLASS, Mrs. Lois FIELD, Alice M. GLASS, Walter T. GLASS, Galion, Ohio; and Mrs. Thelma OSBORNE, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Fourteen grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie R. GLASS, who died Saturday morning at her home 203 E. Washington, will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the First Methodist church. Dr. J. Henry Teele will have charge of the service.
The body will lie in state at the church from 9 to 10 a.m. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
