MRS. E. GEORGE DIED IN CHICAGO

Remains Are To Be Brought To This City For Burial, Probably Friday

Mrs. Mary GEORGE, wife of Dr. Edgar GEORGE, died today in Chicago according to a telegram received here. The remains will be brought here for burial, which will probably take place Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. GEORGE spent some time in the city at the death of Dr. GEORGE's mother, Mrs. Esther A. GEORGE, August 6.

GEORGE REMAINS HERE SATURDAY

Short Services To Be Held At Fairfield Abbey Upon Arrival At 4:32

The remains of Mrs. Edgar J. GEORGE, who passed away suddenly Monday evening of neuralgia of the heart at her home in Chicago, will be brought to this city Saturday afternoon at 4:32 over the Burlington railroad. The funeral party will go directly to the Fairfield Abbey where short services will be conducted by Dr. U. S. Smith.

The remains will be accompanied by her husband, Dr. GEORGE and her children Howard ROBB, Mr. and Mrs. George ROBB and Mr. and Mrs. WESTWOOD of Chicago.

Note: Buried in the Fairfield Abbey originally, and later removed to Evergreen Cemetery, Lot 2nd.208½. Husband Edgar died in 1930 and was also buried in the Abbey, and subsequently moved to the same Evergreen lot. The Abbey was a mausoleum built in 1915 which stood in what is currently the 6th Addition of Evergreen Cemetery. Over time the building deteriorated, those buried there were moved to other locations, and the Abbey was demolished in 1968. Mary E. CODY had previously been married to a James D. ROBB.
