Patrick O. FITCH, 59, of Page, Ariz., died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2005.

The body was cremated.

A memorial service was held in Page. Memorials may be sent to Another Way Task Force Against Domestic Violence, PO Box 368, Page, AZ 86040.

Mr. FITCH was born May 30, 1946, in Mount Pleasant, the son of Leo and Hope FITCH. He married Ann SKILES May 30, 1981.

Mr. FITCH was a Vietnam veteran and graduated with a degree in nursing in 1994. He was employed at Page Memorial Hospital in Page. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Cindy HALAWITH, Angela FITCH, April ROBERTSON and Jamie GEORGE; one son, Kelly FITCH; one sister, Leona HITE; nine grandchildren; and his stepfather, Rodney THORNBERG.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, John FITCH.
