Teresa M. Thommen, 32, of Battle Ground, Wash., died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005, at University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Wash., after a long illness.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Harness Cemetery in Mount Sterling, with the Rev. Jerry Caughron officiating.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

Ms. Thommen was born Nov. 17, 1972, in Fort Madison.

Ms. Thommen lived in Oregon and Washington states.

Survivors include her parents, Donald and Eileen Thommen of Battle Ground and formerly of Mount Sterling; and one brother, D.J. Thommen of Salem, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rex and Esther Thommen.
