Mrs. FULTON, 68, Dies Suddenly

Mrs. Robert L. FULTON, 68, a resident of Fairfield for many years, died suddenly Thursday night in Montgomery, Ala.

Mrs. FULTON had been in failing health for three years. She and her husband had been visiting in the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Wayne FULTON, in Montgomery since mid-December.

Last rites are pending. The body is being returned to the Raymond Funeral home.

Mrs. FULTON was the former Maude Lena LEWIS. She was born April 18, 1890 in Fairfield, the daughter of Samuel R. and Catherine RINGELSPACH LEWIS. She was married to Robert L. FULTON Aug. 12, 1908. They observed their golden wedding anniversary last August.

Mrs. FULTON is survived by her husband, Col. Robert FULTON, retired; one daughter, Mrs. Glen TOWERS, Des Moines; and one sister, Mrs. Gladys GAINES, Fairfield. Four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive. Two sons and one sister are deceased.

Mrs. FULTON was a member of the Lutheran church. following Col. FULTON's retirement from the U. S. army, the couple established their home near Selma.

Tuesday Service For Mrs. FULTON

Last rites for Mrs. Robert L. FULTON, 68, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral home. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Harold Kruger. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. FULTON died suddenly last Thursday at Montgomery, Ala., where she had been visiting her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Wayne FULTON.

Mrs. FULTON made her home near Selma. She was a resident of Fairfield for many years.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL IN DISTRICT COURT

State of Iowa,
Jefferson County, ss.

To All Whom It May Concern:

You Are Hereby Notified, That an instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Maude L. FULTON, Deceased dated November 21, 1958 having been this day filed, open and read, Thursday the 26th day of February, 1959, is fixed for hearing proof of same at the Court House in Fairfield, Iowa, before the District Court of said County, or the Clerk of said Court, and at 9:30 o'clock a.m., of the day above mentioned all persons interested are hereby notified and required to appear, and show cause, if any they have, why said instrument should not be probated and allowed as and for the last Will and Testament of said deceased.
