Mrs. Edith FULTON, 89, passed away at her home near Selma this morning at 1:35 a.m. after a serious illness of a week. She suffered a heart attack a week ago asd (sic) three more since that time.
Edith SNOOK was born on July 8, 1867 (sic - 1866) in Jefferson county where she spent her entire life and was married to Pearl L. FULTON on May 29, 1888. She joined the Methodist Episcopal church in her early youth.
Surivors are five daughters: Mrs. J. H. CAMPBELL of Des Moines, Mrs. Leslie DAGGETT of Seattle, Washington, Mrs. Kenneth EDWARDS of Mercedes, Tex., Mrs. Maynard PARSONS of Binghamton, New York and Mrs. Grace ROHRER of Ottumwa; and five sons: Lt. Col. Robert L. of Des Moines, Harry L. of Des Moines, Wayne of Selma, Arthur P. of Seattle and Fred, at home; two brothers: Harry SNOOK of Texarkana, Texas and Arthur of Rock Island; two sisters: Mrs. Florence JAMESON of Rock Island and Mrs. Harriett KOONTZ of Fairfield.
Mrs. FULTON was preceded in death by her husband on January 15, 1934, a brother, Bert and a sister, Minnie, who died in infancy.
The body has been taken to the Hoskins Funeral Home pending arrangements.

Services for Mrs. Edith FULTON, who passed away at her home near Selma, early yesterday morning, will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m., from the Hoskins Funeral Home with Dr. U. S. Smith of Agency, in charge. Interment in Evergreen cemetery.
