Ellis FRAZEY To Be Buried Here

Graveside services for Ellis A. FRAZEY, former Fairfield resident, will be held in Evergreen cemetery Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Dr. J. Henry Teele will officiate.

Ellis A. FRAZEY, 54, passed away Sunday in Portland, Ore., where he had made his home for the past several years. He had been ill several months.

He was born at Hedrick, Ia., on Jan. 27, 1903, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. V. FRAZEY. He came to Fairfield when quite small and made his home here until 1935 when he went to Portland.

Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Stephany, at home; two brothers, Verle of Park Rapids, Minn; and Delman (sic - Delmer), also of Park Rapids. An aunt, Mrs. J. F. LYNN, Park Rapids, also survives.

The body will arrive in Fairfield Friday afternoon and will be taken to the Hoskins funeral home until time for the graveside services. Mr. FRAZEY was a member of the Methodist church.

His father, A. V. FRAZEY, was an undertaker in Fairfield for several years.

Note: Buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, in Lot 2nd.135. He was married twice; first to Hellen J. BURHAM, and they divorced; second, to Melba HOLMES, who would be Stephany's mother. Neither of his wives is buried with him.
