H. FLIGG dead at 75

Harold M. FLIGG, 75, 205 North C, died this morning at Jefferson County Hospital after an illness of three days.

The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl B. Riggs officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

He was born May 19, 1903 in firfield, the son of Edward G. and Madge M. MURDOCK FLIGG.

He was graduated from Fairfield High School with the Class of 1921. He attended Parsons College for three years and graduated from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with the Class of 1926. He received his CPA certificate from the state of Pennsylvania in 1929.

He was married to Alma Caroline FORSBERG on Oct. 20, 1936 at Oak Park, Ill.

In 1953, he received his CPA certificate from the State of California. FLIGG was in charge of audits of the Los Angeles City School district, the largest in the world, for the years 1953, 1954 and 1955.

In 1959, as Administrator of Internal Audit, he inaugurated an Internal Audit Activity for Rocketdyn, a division of North American Aviation.

In 1968, he resigned from Rockwell International and he and Mrs. FLIGG moved to Fairfield in 1969. He was a member of First United Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife; and two nepehws, Alan FLIGG, Tucson, Ariz., and Robert FLIGG, El Cajon, Calif.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HAROLD M. FLIGG, DECEASED:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1979, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HAROLD M. FLIGG, DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1977, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT ALMA FORSBERG FLIGG WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
