P. H. FISHER PASSES AWAY
Funeral Services to Be Held from the Home Thursday At 2:00 O'clock

P. H. FISHER passed away this morning at 9 oclock at the Jefferson county hospital after several weeks illness. Funeral services will be held from the home at 408 East Burlington street Thursday afternoon at 2 oclock conducted by Dr. H. B. Scoles of the First Methodist church of which the deceased was a member. Interment will be made in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. FISHER was born in Jefferson county, February 20, 1859, and has lived in this county all of his life. The family moved here 28 years ago and Mr. FISHER has been engaged in real estate during that time in the same location over 55 North Court street. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Leo D. THOMA, Mrs. Sanford ZEIGLER Jr., Miss Mary FISHER and Mrs. O. C. THOMPSON Jr., of Waverly, Iowa and one son, Ray E. FISHER of Burlington. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. E. K. CAVINESS and Mrs. X. NADY Sr. and two brothers Richard FISHER and J. E. FISHER of Ottumwa.

FUNERAL RITES FOR P. H. FISHER
Held Yesterday From The Home, Conducted by Dr. H. B. Scoles

Funeral services for P. H. FISHER were held yesterday afternoon at 2 oclock from the home conducted by Dr. H. B. Scoles. Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery.

The following men served as pall bearers: John FISHER, Mandley CAVINESS, L. C. BALL, Carl McClain, Leo D. THOMA and Clair NADY. Mrs. Frank Pierson and Mrs. Arthur Greef sang "Beautiful Isle of Somwhere" and "No Night There."
