DEATH TAKES A. C. FISHER

A. C. FISHER, 83, well known resident of Fairfield, passed away at the Jefferson county hospital about 5:30 this morning, after a serious illness of two weeks. He had suffered two strokes, the last of which occurred Monday.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home with Rev. F. M. James in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. FISHER was the son of the late John and Harriett FISHER. He was born April 9, 1863, at Champaigne, Illinois. He was united in marriage to Mary GURNEA who preceded him in death in 1943. At the time of her death they had been married 56 years.

Mr. FISHER is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frona BOOSE, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; one sister, Mrs. Minnie STALKER, Farmer City, Illinois; and two brothers, George FISHER, Chicago, Illinois, and Earnest FISHER, California.

Funeral Services For A. C. FISHER Friday

Funeral services for A. C. FISHER, local resident who passed away yesterday morning, will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home with Rev. F. M. James in charge.

Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery. Mr. FISHER had been a resident of Farifield for over 30 years.

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that an instrument, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Albert Coyner FISHER, Deceased is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson County, and that Saturday, August 24th, A. D. 1946 at 9:30 o'clock A. M. has been set for proof and final hearing of same.

Witness my hand and the seal of said Court this 27th day of July, 1946.
