JUSTIN HARVEY GARRISON

Justin Harvey GARRISON, 24, of Fairfield, passed away March 12, 2022, at Keosauqua Hospital due to an accident (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).

Visitation for family and friends will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2022, at Behner Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Behner Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service with inurnment at a later date in Maple Hill Cemetery (note: in Birmingham, Van Buren Co., IA).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Justin GARRISON's name and mailed to Art and Christina GARRISON, 2552 Glasgow Road, Fairfield, IA 52556.

Justin was born February 11, 1998, in Ottumwa, to Arthur "Art" and Christina (HARVEY) GARRISON.

Justin graduated from Fairfield High School in 2016 and worked at John Deere as a welder. Justin loved being outside golfing, hunting or floating down the river. While in high school, he was a member of FFA and after school a member of America Motorcross Association (AMA). Most important was spending time with family and friends.

Justin will be missed by his parents, Arthur "Art" and Christina of Fairfield; sister, Danielle (Noah) of Davenport; two nieces, Aeralyn and Seraphyna; grandpa, Alvin GARRISON of Fairfield; uncle, David GARRISON of Fairfield; aunt, Tammy (Jerry) PARKER of Des Moines; and many cousins and good friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Judy HARVEY; paternal grandmother, Linda GARRISON; aunt, Bobbie Jo GARRISON; and great-aunt, Norma HARVEY.

A graveside service will be held for Justin GARRISON, who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 24. The graveside service will be held on September 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham, IA. There will be a luncheon at 2552 Glasgow Rd., Fairfield, IA following the service.
