... A sad New Year was that which dawned upon the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. C. FARMER, their little daughter, Annie, about nine months old, passing away almost with the old year. Congestion of the lungs caused her death, and the illness was but of a few hours' duration. The funeral occurred Sunday afternoon. ...
