ELLIOTT RITES HERE TUESDAY
Mrs. Sara (sic) ELLIOTT Passed Away Yesterday Morning

Mrs. Sara ELLIOTT, widow of Will T. ELLIOTT, passed away yesterday morning after being in poor health for the past four years.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Hoskins Funeral Home in charge of Rev. James Rhobes. Interment in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. ELLIOTT was born in Iowa June 1, 1865 (sic - 1863). She is survived by two sons, Harry and Clarence of Fairfield, one sister, Rebecca McILEN of Stockport and a brother Ed LAYTON of Cherokee Kans.

To All Whom It May Concern:

Notice is hereby give that an instrument, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Sarah ELLIOTT, Deceased, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson county, and that Thursday, March 31st, A. D. 1932 at 9 oclock, a. m., of said court, has been set for proof and final hearing of same.

Witness my hand and the seal of said Court this 7th day of March, 1932.
