Rites Pending For Dave ELKINS

Demeces David ELKINS, 82, long-time resident of Jefferson county, died early this morning at the Jefferson county home where he had been a patient for the past several years.

The body is at the Raymond funeral home where last rites are pending.

Demeces David ELKINS was born April 22, 1879. He spent several years as a farm laborer in the Fairfield community before his health failed him. Before coming to Fairfield he lived at New London.

He is survived by one son, Orville ELKINS, Mission, Texas, also two brothers and a sister.
