G. ELDER graveside rites set

BLOOMFIELD -- Grace L. ELDER, 75, rural Bloomfield, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Evergreen Cemetery at Fairfield with the Rev. Harold Harryman officiating. Friends may call at their convenience at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds.

Mrs. ELDER was born July 24, 1912 in Fairfield, the daughter of John and Laura SHEPHERD ADLER. She married Harley ELDER May 4, 1957. They lived in Davenport and rural Selma. He died in 1979. She has since lived with her niece, Mrs. Gene STEELE, Route 3, Bloomfield.

Surviving are a daughter, Mary Jane HERGENRADER of Raymond, Neb.; two grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

Note: Buried in Lot 3rd.220 with first husband Harley. She was first married to him in Fairfield on January 30, 1933. On April 20, 1935, she was married to Aubrey Pearl CALHOON in Oskaloosa, IA. She was married a third time in 1945, and in 1957 was reunited with Harley for her fourth marriage.
