Illness Fatal To Mrs. EDWARDS

Mrs. Flora H. EDWARDS, 84, 802 W. Stone Ave., died Friday at 6:50 p.m. at the Park View Care Center where she had been a patient since June.

Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Berg officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. EDWARDS was a longtome employe of the Fairfield Glove Co. She was born Dec 23, 1887 in Lucas, the daughter of John and Katherine LOCKHART. She was married to Hugh ELDER, who preceded her in death. She was later married to Walter EDWARDS, who is deceased.

Mrs. EDWARDS was a member of the First Lutheran Church.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

In The District Court Of The State Of Iowa In And For Jefferson County

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Flora EDWARDS, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate of Flora EDWARDS, Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of December, 1972, the Last Will and Testament of Flora EDWARDS, deceased bearing date of the 6th day of January, 1965, was admitted to probate in the above named Court and that the Iowa State Bank & Trust company was appointed executor of said estate.

Notice is further given that any action to set aside said Will must be brought in the District Court of said County within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

Notice is given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the Clerk of the above named District Court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
