Mrs. EDLER, 66, Taken In Death

Mrs. Jennie EDLER, 66, rural route 4, Fairfield, died Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Osteopathic Hospital at Davenport (note: in Scott Co., IA).

Services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home in charge of Sgt. Maj. Roy Hoke of Davenport. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Jennie EDLER was born Aug. 26, 1900, at Fairfield, the daughter of Andrew and Etta HECKETHORNE HAVNER. She was married June 1, 1920, at Fairfield to Charles W. EDLER who preceded his wife in death March 27, 1967.

Mrs. EDLER is survived by four daughters and two sons: Mrs. Clarence KEEN, Ottumwa; Mrs. Alvey COOK, Davenport; Wanda Mae EDLER, Ottumwa; Mrs. Carl JACKSON, Burlington; Lester and Rex both of Ottumwa. Other survivors include 14 grandchildren, one great grandchild and one sister, Mrs. Henry HARPER, Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, two grandchildren, one brother and four sisters.
