Jane DUNCAN rites Friday

Jane DUNCAN, 91, died at 5:30 a.m. today at Parkview Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Keith Lingwall officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Jane DUNCAN services Friday

Funeral services for Jane DUNCAN, 91, who died early Wednesday at Parkview Care Center, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Keith Lingwall officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at Behner Funeral Home. Memorials have been established to First Lutheran Church and to the Parkview Care Center Activity Fund.

Mrs. DUNCAN was born Aug. 29, 1893 in West Grove, the daughter of Curtis and Sarah BEARD WATTS. She married Walter E. DUNCAN on June 8, 1915, in Fairfield. He died Jan. 1, 1956. A homemaker, she had spent her life in the Fairfield community. She had lived at Parkview Care Center since April 1, 1981.

Surviving are a daughter, Helen DUNCAN of Fairfield and a sister, Effie BRIDE of Bloomfield. A brother and a sister preceded her in death.

Mrs. DUNCAN was a member of First Lutheran Church, Philathea Class and Lutheran Church Women.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 11TH DAY OF MARCH, 1985, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EMILY JANE DUNCAN, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 6TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1956, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THERE WILL BE NO PRESENT ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE. ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE THE WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN FOUR MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
