... The body of Mrs. H. A. DuBOIS who died at the home of her son, Stanley DuBOIS, at Kansas City, Tuesday, was brought to this city for burial yesterday. Mrs. DuBOIS was nearly seventy years old and was formerly a resident of this city. ...

FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN MISSOURI

Mrs. Helen A. DuBOIS was born in Wilkesbarre, Pa., March 23, 1841, and departed this life at the home of her son in Kansas City, Mo., March 23, 1920. She was aged seventy-nine years.

She came to Iowa in childhood, residing at Birmingham for a number of years, and where she united with the Presbyterian church. In 1905 she moved to Fairfield, where she made her home until fifteen years ago, going then to Kansas City to reside with her son.

Mrs. DuBOIS is survived by three daughter and one son, several grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends, who mourn her departure.

Note: Buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, in Lot Old.P.089, with second husband Nelson R. DuBOIS (she was his second wife) who died in 1898. Helen's maiden name was WALKER and her first marriage was to John B. LOOMIS.
