TOWN AND COUNTY.

...A telegram was received in this city yesterday announcing the death of Mrs. Elizabeth DAVENPORT at McPherson, Kan., the 4th inst. She was the widow of J. W. DAVENPORT, who died in this city, and the family resided here from 1873 to 1883. The body will be brought to this city for interment and funeral services will be held at the home of J. S. Gantz.
