Rites Wednesday for Mrs. Justin NORTH

Funeral rites for Mrs. Justin NORTH, 66, of Fairfield, will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Jones Funeral Home here. Burial will be at Riverside.

Mrs. NORTH died Sunday afternoon, July 25, 1965, at the Washington County Hospital. She had been seriously ill since Tuesday.

Bessie Pauline BIRKA was born July 23, 1899, in Washington County, a daughter of John and Josephine DOLEZOL BIRKA. She was reared at Riverside and married April 21, 1919 to Justin NORTH.

She was a member of the Christian Church.

Surivors are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Agatha MENDELSON of Arlington, Va.; one son, Buddy NORTH of Stockport; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Josephine NORTH of Brighton.

NORTH. Funeral services for Mrs. Justin NORTH were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Peterson and Rev. Eddie West in charge. Pallbearers were Norbert Becker, George Gevock, Robert Bruegge and Lee Bruegge. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Bessie NORTH, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate Of Bessie NORTH, Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of September, 1965, the last will of Bessie NORTH, deceased, bearing date the 30th day of October, 1964, was admitted to probate in the above named court and there will be no present administration of the estate,.

You are further notified that any action to set aside said will must be brought in the district court of said county within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice or any such action thereafter will be forever barred.
