G. L. CRAFF
G. L. CRAFF, 65, son of the late George CRAFF of Lockridge, died Saturday morning in Des Moines, following a thirty minute illness with heart trouble.
Mr. CRAFF was born and raised on a farm near Lockridge, lived in Fairfield and Birmingham, later moving to Des Moines where he was a jeweler and watch maker. Mr. CRAFF was an exceptionally able mechanic, a genius along many lines. While he resided in Birmingham, Mr. CRAFF was the proprietor of a restaurant. Mrs. CRAFF was formerly Alta GOODSON of Birmingham.
Mr. CRAFF was preceded in death by his father about a year and a half ago, and is survived by his wife and daughter, a number of brothers and sisters and other relatives.
Funeral services were held at 200 o'clock (sic) this afternoon at the Hoskins Funeral Home and burial was in Evergreen cemetery.
