Death of Mrs. Wm. CORRY.

After about a year's lingering illness, Mrs. Wm. CORRY died at her home west of the city this morning at three o'clock. Her death was caused from a complication of diseases and her suffering towards the last was intense, and death was a great relief.

Eleanor A. FULTON was the daughter of James and Rebekah FULTON, and was born in Ross County, Ohio, October 24, 1828. She was married to Wm. L. BURDEN at Chillicothe, Ohio, in 1847, to which union five children were born, four now living. Mr. BURDEN died a number of years later, and Mrs. BURDEN was married to Wm. CORRY in March, 1861. They removed to Van Buren County, Ia., where they lived for a time. From there they moved to this county where they have lived for the past twenty years or over. They first resided on a farm near Salina, and from there moved to this city, buying property just west of town.

Mrs. CORRY was an excellent woman, a kind and affectionate mother, a good neighbor, and a true wife. She leaves her husband and two daughters, Miss Alice who is still at home, and Mrs. Chas. H. GAGE, to mourn her loss. The funeral will take place at the house Friday afternoon at three o'clock. Rev. E. L. Schreiner will officiate.
